Kimberly C. Gaddis has over 10 years of construction litigation experience, including representing owners and contractors in multi-million dollar commercial renovation projects and developments. She has successfully resolved complex construction disputes in mediation and arbitration proceedings as well as litigated construction disputes for residential and commercial clients.

Ms. Gaddis has published articles and spoken at seminars on Georgia’s “Right to Repair Act” and amendments thereto as the statute affects contractors and owners, including community associations. She also presented a seminar on the topic of “Financing and Implementing Large-Scale Renovation Projects” at the National Association of Housing Cooperatives Annual Conference in recent years.

Ms. Gaddis has experience in negotiating claims involving construction defects, construction delays, differing site conditions and defective plans and designs. She understands the complex AIA, NEC and EEC contract forms and has successfully negotiated revisions to said contracts on behalf of both contractor and owner clients.
