Gaddis & Lanier, LLC, is pleased to announce that Floyd Dickens, III, has become a partner of the firm. Mr. Dickens manages the Community Association Collections and Bankruptcy Practice Areas of the firm. He has over 17 years of experience and is an active member of the Georgia Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI). Floyd has taught continuing education courses to community association mangers and Board Members, and has written published articles regarding community association collections related topics.

Gaddis & Lanier, LLC, enters into collaboration with Williams Teusink, LLC. Two seasoned litigators, Kyle Williams and Eric Teusink, have joined forces with Gaddis & Lanier, LLC, and will make up the firm’s Litigation Department as Of Counsel. Kyle and Eric will handle all non-collections litigation matters for Gaddis & Lanier, LLC, including covenant enforcement, complex construction issues, real estate disputes, land use and zoning and insurance defense work. This collaboration will provide expert, effective and efficient representation for all of our firm’s community association clients.

Ashley Miller Lanier has been appointed as the Chair of the Magazine Committee of the Georgia Chapter of Community Association's Institute beginning January 1, 2010 and continuing through the end of 2011.

Kimberly C. Gaddis has been elected the Chair of the Real Estate Section of the Atlanta Bar Association for 2010-2011.
