Eric is an experienced litigator whose practice is concentrated in the areas of landlord-tenant, real estate tort, environmental, homeowner and condominium owner association, foreclosure, and general real estate. Eric has successfully represented residential and commercial owners and tenants in both state and federal court. In addition to representing clients in court, Eric has experience drafting legal documents, including leases, purchase and sale agreements, and contract employee agreements.
Eric graduated cum laude from the Georgia State University College of Law where he was an active member of the Moot Court Board’s Executive Council. Prior to attending law school Eric graduated with degrees in Political Science and Economics from the University of Georgia. Eric is the Past-President of the East Atlanta Business Association, a member of the 2011 LEAD Atlanta Class, and serves on the Georgia State College of Law Alumni Board.
Eric resides in the Grant Park neighborhood of Atlanta with his wife and son. In his spare time he enjoys running, reading, attending UGA football games and collecting records and antiquarian books.
